BOOKING & REFUND

Policy Effective January 1, 2024

At Hair•Sential, we value our client’s time and our goal is to provide exceptional products and services. Please review our policies to ensure your experience with us is enjoyable.

Deposits:

We do not require a deposit to book an appointment. However, we do require a valid credit/debit card on file in order to book. At the time of your appointment, cash or card is accepted as a form of payment. All invalid/disabled credit cards will result in your appointment being canceled. Please check your email/text notifications for cancellation notices.

Appointment Booking:

All appointments are booked online through our website. Please note that 6:30.pm is the latest appointment that can be booked regardless of what availability is showing. Appointments booked in a time slot later than 6:30 will be canceled and/or disregarded unless a V.I.P booking has been confirmed and approved by your stylist. We recommend to book in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Appointment Confirmation:

Please keep your contact information updated. After booking your appointment, a confirmation will be sent to the email you provided during booking. If you opt in for text messaging, you will also receive appointment reminders. ALL APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS are sent via email/text. Appointments are subject to be cancelled by your stylist after booking. Please be sure to check all email correspondence.

No-Show Policy:

All no-show appointments will be charged a 100% fee for the service booked via the card on file and will no longer be allow to book future services. If the client contacts Hair•Sential immediately after being charged, this is still considered a no-show

Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require 24-hour advance notice to avoid being charged a 50% late cancellation fee for the services booked. All booking, cancellations, and rescheduling is to be done online by the client.

Late Arrival Policy:

We do understand unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you are running late, please be courteous and call or send a text message BEFORE your scheduled time letting us know that you will be running late. We will then let you know if we can still accommodate you or if you should reschedule. Arriving more than 10 minutes late without notifying your stylist, may result in your appointment being cancelled and charged a 50% late cancellation fee. The client must then reschedule online.

Post Service Policy:

Please ensure that your stylist has met your desired expectations prior to leaving salon. Once you leave your schedule appointment, you are acknowledging that the service/ services were complete and your expectations were met.

All Sales Are Final:

Please note that all sales including, haircare products, wigs, hair extensions, accessories, and services are FINAL. By choosing to patronize Hair•Sential, you agree to adhere to our booking, return, and exchange policies.
